2. Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You are also responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI features in Tendoer provide suggestions and drafts based on available data. AI-generated content does not replace professional legal or procurement advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tendoer provides the service as-is. We are not liable for lost business, missed tenders, or inaccuracies in procurement data from third-party sources (TED, Mercell). We strive for high data quality but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
