Tendoer is built as a philanthropic project, not to maximise profit. The idea is simple: public contracts should be open to everyone, not only those who can afford expensive tools and consultants.
When more companies can take part, competition gets healthier, prices get better for the public sector, and there is less room for corruption. That is worth more to us than a monthly fee.

Public procurement is around 14 percent of EU GDP, roughly 2,000 billion euro a year. For a small company the barrier is expensive tools and information that is hard to navigate. We remove the price tag so more can find and answer the right contract.

Corruption costs EU society around 120 billion euro a year, and procurement is one of the most exposed areas. Equal access to the same information for everyone reduces the room for foul play. Transparency is not a feature here, it is the whole point.

A mere 1 percent efficiency gain in public procurement equals around 20 billion euro a year. Better matching between need and supplier means fewer failed procurements, fewer wasted bids and more value for taxpayers' money.
