Formas – a Swedish research council for sustainable development, invites suppliers to provide information relevant to a forthcoming procurement of an impact evaluation of the research and innovation funded by Formas, the Swedish Energy Agency and Vinnova through the 17 Strategic Innovation Programmes (SIP).
