This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation for DetectaChem SeekerE EDK Kits or equal products that meet or exceed the specifications of the Salient Charactersitics.  The contractor is responsible for providing labor, materials, and travel to and from Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC in order to meet the requirements specified within this soliciation.  Please be advised that the full requirements, including Instructions to Offerors (FAR 52.212-1) and the basis for evaluation (FAR 52.212-2), are detailed in the solicitation attachments.
