This SIR is seeking Offerors who can deliver successful outcomesin support of the BEYOND Phase 2 focus areas. See SIR for details. The FAA intends to competitively award up to eight (8) Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) with SLTTs in accordance with the SIR. The FAA reserves the right to execute additional OTAs if resources permit (49 U.S.C. § 106(l)). The Government will make OTA awards to the Offeror’s determined to best meet the selection criteria which are included in this SIR and reflected in the evaluation of the proposals. To be considered for award of this requirement, the Offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov.
