AMENDMENT 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to address industry questions and update impacted sections of the solicitation and its attachments (as affected by responses to the questions/feedback). The Solicitation Q and A, inclusive of Government responses, is provided as a separate attachment with Amendment 0003. Additional changes as the result of Government review during the comment adjudication are also made in Amendment 0003. Additionally, this amendment extends the proposal due date to 06 November 2026.
